They follow strict discipline.They are very strict regarding academics.They are totally different compared to corporate colleges.They have well planned schedule. Our Director Capt.R.Sircar sir is very well experienced.He have complete knowledge about the Armed forces and how to develop the people. They take us to Adventurous trip twice a year.But there is no physical exercises.But this trip will give us the physical training.They do not punish regarding our academics but they guide us how to improve our academic performances.Every two months we will be having a counseling with our parents and faculty.Skilled lecturers.Method of teaching is completely different from other institutes. Discipline is very excellent in academy. Management is very strict.Physics sir have a great experience in teaching field.
The discipline is in a different era altogether. This year the academy has introduced an innovative idea of outdoor adventure trip which is a very good stress buster for every student.Clean, hygienic and well maintained surroundings.Good infrastructure and always a healthy discussion takes between the students and faculty.
